We are pleased to welcome Jerry Zhao as Chief Engineer, leading Novva's Construction and Delivery Centre (CDC).

Jerry brings over 25 years of expertise in power infrastructure and renewable energy, having delivered large-scale EPC and advisory assignments across Australia, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He has contributed to international power engineering standards and holds related patents. His appointment marks an important step forward in how we plan, engineer, and deliver complex energy transition projects at scale.

With Jerry at the helm of the CDC, Novva is strengthening its end-to-end engineering capability, from pipeline gatekeeping and feasibility assessment through to final delivery. The CDC will ensure our projects are technically sound, bankable, de-risked, and delivered on schedule.
