On the execution side, we engage with established EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and technical advisers to support disciplined delivery. Our Construction and Delivery Centre coordinates engineering, procurement, and project execution from feasibility through commissioning.
As assets mature, we position projects for long-term ownership through relationships with unitalities, infrastructure investors, and strategic capital partners.
Where appropriate, we seek to incorporate development finance tools, including guarantees and blended capital structures, to improve bankability in selected emerging markets.
