Incorporated in Singapore as NOVVA Group Pte Ltd., Novva is a global energy transition platform headquartered in Hong Kong, with teams in Manila and Bogotá. We bring together capital formation, project execution, and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy infrastructure in emerging markets.

Our dual-engine business model integrates development capabilities with institutional-grade investment management, enabling us to deliver bankable, scalable, and exit-ready projects to global capital markets.

Our approach

  • Capital that enables
Patient, long-duration capital allows us to develop projects properly, producing higher-quality assets that attract better financing terms and stronger partners.
  • Execution that builds confidence
Quality delivery attracts top-tier contractors, credible off-takers, and development finance institutions. We structure projects for on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Partnerships that grow
Every successful project strengthens our ecosystem – reliable execution builds trust, which unlocks larger commitments and funds more projects. This virtuous cycle lets us scale without compromising standards.

Our values

  • Bankability by design
From day one, we align every process with international best practices to ensure high-quality, bankable assets.
  • Responsible development
We embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our project designs, creating lasting value for communities.
  • Pragmatic innovation
We prioritise practical results and evidence-based progress, focusing on smarter ways to build for enduring impact.
