Novva Group Pte. Ltd. ("Novva") and Conduit Ventures Limited ("Conduit") have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to serve as Co-General Partners in a new energy transition fund series.
The partnership combines Novva's proven project execution and delivery capabilities across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America with Conduit's solid track record in clean energy investment and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)-regulated fund management – spanning hydrogen, decentralised power, storage, and AI-driven asset performance.
The funds will follow an "Acquire–Build–Operate–Sell" strategy, targeting solar, wind, hybrid, and battery storage assets. Together, we're building a technology-enabled platform designed to deliver institutional-grade renewable energy assets with strong returns and long-term value.
"This partnership marks a transformative step in our mission to bridge world-class projects with institutional capital," said Steven Liu, CEO of Novva. "Together, we are uniquely positioned to accelerate the energy transition while delivering sustainable value for investors."
